H4 EAD Decent Exp candidates only within USA No H1B Job Summary Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP FIORI Consultant with over 9 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining user experience (UX) applications for SAP. Experience with SAP upgrade projects from a FIORI perspective is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design and customize FIORI applications using SAPUI5, XML, and JavaScript. Activate and modify existing FIORI apps. Update and migrate current SAP FIORI applications to newer versions during system upgrades, including: Analyzing upgrade impacts on existing FIORI apps. Identifying necessary adjustments and updating security roles. Testing modified applications to ensure functionality. Ensuring smooth transitions to new FIORI features in upgraded systems. Review and Assessment: Evaluate current FIORI apps to identify those impacted by upgrades, including deprecated applications. Utilize the SAP FIORI Apps Reference Library to assess the status of existing apps in the target release. Analyze changes in functionality, layout, or behavior due to upgrades. Adjust security roles for FIORI apps to maintain appropriate user access post-upgrade. Modify custom FIORI apps to ensure compatibility with new versions. Integration: Connect FIORI applications with SAP backend systems and external data sources. Testing and Support: Ensure high-quality performance of FIORI applications through rigorous testing and debugging. Provide troubleshooting and technical support for FIORI applications in production environments. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest SAP FIORI technologies and best practices. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and design specifications. Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in SAP FIORI development and maintenance. Strong skills in SAPUI5, XML, and JavaScript. Familiarity with CDS views and OData; ABAP knowledge is a plus. Proven experience with SAP upgrade projects, specifically from a FIORI perspective. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
