Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain,
     support, and troubleshoot the Conga CPQ platform to ensure optimal
     functionality and user satisfaction.

Work
     closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure seamless
     integration of PLM data into CPQ processes.

Design,
     implement, and manage configuration rules and pricing models within Conga
     CPQ to meet business requirements.

Identify
     and implement improvements to streamline the CPQ process, enhance
     usability, and ensure scalability.

Collaborate
     with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into
     functional requirements, and implement within the Conga system.

Conduct
     regular testing, update documentation, and maintain knowledge bases for
     system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting.

Provide
     training and support to end users, ensuring they understand system
     capabilities and are utilizing the software effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelors
     degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum
     of 3-5 years of experience with Conga CPQ, PLM, or similar CPQ tools.

Proven
     experience with CPQ configuration, pricing, and quoting functions.

Familiarity
     with PLM integration is a strong plus.

Proficiency
     in Conga CPQ and related tools.

Knowledge
     of Salesforce CRM is highly preferred.

Understanding
     of pricing and configuration logic, workflows, and PLM data integration.

Excellent
     communication and collaboration skills.

Strong
     problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Ability
     to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
