Note: This is a consultant role. High level. This is not a developer role. - .Net developer profiles are not workable. Need local candidates of Ohio. Feedback from PV : Looking for a consultant or a Sr Architect level preferably with HR software background. Certifications are also preferred. Prior experience with HR applications or processes is not mandatory but preferred. Having worked on an interface with Ohios ERP (OAKS) is also advantageous. MHAS is looking for a skilled IT Consultant to refactor an existing custom .net/C# Human Resources software suite hosted on Azure to meet the needs of our Agency and constituents. In addition to the attached technical proficiencies the selected candidate will demonstrate the ability to work directly with our Human Resource professionals, understand the basic terminology and business functions of HR, and have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing to the project sponsors.
