Experience in one or more scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, PowerShell. ITSM Fundamentals: Fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL Understanding of CMDB. ServiceNow Scripting Aspects: Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
