Work close with vendors for vendor application installs Experience with Powershell scripting Project Details: Team of engineers and they are responsible for building out platforms to improve internal user experience across the bank They are building out platforms for Virtual Assistant (Amelia) which is a conversational AI Service Desk product and integrating with internal systems. Example would be setting up webex account for the 1st time with an internal employee or other things needed internally. For Platform they do: Provisioning of servers Application Install Load balancing/ testing Storage SQL Server and MYSQL Databases They partner with cross functional teams like DBA, storage and network teams, to get applications installed from Linux to Windows. They are also responsible for replacing things that are end of lifecycle. Making sure outdated applications are getting replaced correctly, making things seamless to the users.
