Role: Power Platform Developer With RPA Location: Boise ID 83714 || Hybrid Open to Relocate Duration : 10 Months Required Qualifications: We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using all components of the Microsoft Power PlatformPower Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Power Automate. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of best practices, an innovative mindset, and a proven track record of delivering effective and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Development: Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps to meet business needs. Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate, including the implementation of RPA solutions. Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven decision-making. Develop and maintain web portals using Power Pages. Best Practices & Standards: Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, including scalability, security, and performance optimization. Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, including architecture, design, and user guides. Stay current with updates to the Power Platform and incorporate new features and functionality into solutions. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business objectives. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions, ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems. Training & Mentorship: Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior developers on the effective use of Power Platform tools. Experience: Extensive experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. Proven experience in implementing RPA solutions using Power Automate. Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and connectors within the Power Platform ecosystem. Experience with Azure services and their integration with Power Platform solutions. Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or .NET, as well as familiarity with SQL and DAX. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design efficient solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with agile development methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD in Power Platform environments.
