The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies. This role requires hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and VMware NSX technologies, among others. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. Qualifications: Certifications Preferred: CCNA / CCNP Education Preferred: BA Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in network engineering and infrastructure management. Ability to work onsite and collaborate with team members effectively. Skills and Experience: Extensive experience with Cisco technologies (routers, switches, Catalyst, Nexus, ACI). Proficient in managing Palo Alto firewalls and associated technologies. Experience with SDWAN solutions, particularly Velocloud. Strong understanding of QoS principles for WAN/LAN. Knowledge of Cisco VoIP systems. Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP). Experience with wireless networking (Cisco WLC & Access Points). Familiarity with Cisco ISE and 802.1x/NAC. Proficient in IP addressing management using Infoblox. Experience with DNAC and DNA Spaces. Knowledge of virtual networking and micro-segmentation using VMware NSX(-T).
