Experience mentoring and/or managing by individual development planning and SMART goal setting. Has in-depth functional expertise and broad knowledge of data domain and data types used within Healthcare landscape. Experience developing and supporting a team through data management solutions in a healthcare environment utilizing SDLC protocols and standards to deliver data driven solutions. Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders from senior leaders to engineers, and present to both technical and non-technical audiences. Education Undergraduate degree - Bachelors in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems or combination of education and related work experience. 1.
