Thanks Project Manager requirements A minimum of ten (10) years project management experience managing projects of similar size and scope. This experience must include relevant experience within the last three (3) years from the release date of the RFP. Project Management experience must include each phase of the system development life cycle. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) is required. Three (3) years of recent experience and expertise with systems and processes related to child support, development, and approval of OCSS-required documents, including advanced planning documents and obtaining federal certifications necessary to ensure compliance with all OCSS requirements. Experience providing project management oversight on a similar project. Knowledge of and experience with change management, particularly in a highly distributed enterprise environment. Proposed personnel should have various skills to perform all project management tasks, consistent with the PMBOK: 1. Initiation 2. Planning 3. Execution 4. Monitoring and Controlling 5. Closing Software estimating models/methods. Development strategies/methodologies. Risk assessment, mitigation, tracking, and reporting methods Requirements validation methods (testing, simulations, analysis). Testing planning, execution, measurement, and reporting. The PMP is a hard requirement.
