This role will focus on key HR processes including Hire, Onboard, Benefits, Rewards, Transfers, and Offboard. Key Responsibilities: Gather, build, and document detailed process requirements (global and regional). Prepare for design workshops, including documentation/data collection, scheduling, and note-taking. Support user and agent testing, launch readiness, and cutover planning. Define reporting and analytics requirements for HCM processes. Develop communication materials, training resources, knowledge base articles, and enablement for delivery teams. Design and update employee-facing articles, help text, notifications, etc. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in HCM. Strong background in Oracle HCM; experience with Workday or PeopleSoft is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
