Location- Oakland, CA (100% Remote) Must Live In CA  

Duration- 6+ Months

Job Description:

We are looking for an Email/O365 administrator to help us administer, manage and improve on-prem and cloud-based email applications. This position will require someone with Email(Primarily)/O365 experience and they will be providing Tier 3 support for our Email/O365 environment. Primarily they will handle trouble tickets that come to my team and also document some of the procedures we do for O365.

Must Haves:
Experience with Migrating Exchange servers from on-prem data center to cloud (AWS preferable)
Collaborate with team members and other groups at UCOP to resolve Tier2 and Tier3 support tickets for Email/O365.
Familiar with DMARC, SPF and DKIM terminology.
