| We are seeking an Enterprise Data Project Manager to assist with managing the Data360 program in creating and maintaining the project timeline; communicating with clients and stakeholders; and managing budgets. The PM will work in tandem to coordinate Data360 projects with the ITS PMO Project Managers. The PM must be familiar with all methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Iterative development and will determine the best to implement for the project. Required Experience (5+ years): Experience as an Enterprise Data Project Manager. Enterprise-wide data analytics and business intelligence experience. Experience applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced and high-stress environments. Experience with methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Iterative development and determining the best to implement for projects. Experience utilizing an automated project management system and effectively allocating/utilizing project resources. Required Skills: Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Iterative development. Knowledge of the principles and practices applied in the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of information technologies. Ability to utilize an automated project management system and effectively allocating/utilizing project resources. Ability to interact with all levels of management to assess business requirements, and to plan, manage and deliver stable, reliable, and cost-effective technology solutions. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with others inside and outside the organization. Ability to effectively lead and motivate project teams of professional and technical personnel. Ability to effectively communicate upwards via all methods. Flexibility to adapt work style to environmental changes. Required Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Preferred: Experience with Workday. Experience with Sciforma. PMP Certification Knowledge of airport operations and related technologies. Responsibilities: Oversee projects within the Data360 Enterprise Analytics team. Oversee complex data analysis to support the development of actionable insights that enhance business performance across various enterprise functions. Present analytical findings to analytical sponsors and key stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify reporting needs, optimization opportunities, and strategic improvements. Ensure data integrity across multiple channels and sources. Perform in-depth quantitative analysis to identify key trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for process improvement. Utilize advanced statistical and analytical techniques to support senior managers and executives in answering business-critical questions and making informed decisions.
