Job Title: Power Platform Technical Architect Houston, TX (Hybrid 2-3 days) C2C Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced "Microsoft Power Platform Technical Architect" who can lead successful Power Platform implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies, with the ability to communicate how solutions address both the broader business and technical needs of organizations. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire teams in the successful implementation of Power Platform solutions, ensuring they meet or exceed the client's expectations. Possess in-depth functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps, and related Microsoft cloud solutions. Capable of integrating Power Platform solutions with 3rd party systems to address specific business requirements. Drive initiatives to increase the value of the customer's investment in Power Platform solutions by providing innovative and cost-effective approaches. Be aligned with Microsoft Power Platform adoption best practices, staying current with the latest developments and ensuring that solutions are optimized according to industry standards. Collaborate with clients to establish and maintain a Center of Excellence for Power Platform, ensuring that best practices are followed, and governance is in place. Have a proven track record of working on and successfully delivering at least 2 Power Platform projects, with a deep understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to drive projects to completion. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, envision the ideal Power Platform solution, and gather detailed requirements to design and deliver solutions that meet these needs. Skill set requirement: Hands-on Power Platform architect with excellent experience in Power Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate . Hands-on experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) Hands-on experience in creating Canvas Apps. Good understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Good understanding of Power Platform Licensing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of integrating various systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage and build relationships. Strong project management and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead by example. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
