Nexthink is a leading provider of solutions that allow businesses to monitor, analyze, and improve the digital experience of their employees. Below is a detailed job description for this role: Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, with specific experience in Digital Experience or Employee Experience platforms. Experience with Azure and Microsoft O365. Extensive experience with Nexthink, including solution design, deployment, and administration. Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), network infrastructure, and application performance monitoring. Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise-grade integrations. Proficient in scripting and automation to enhance and extend platform capabilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with enterprise security practices and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.). Preferred Skills: Nexthink certification is a plus. Experience with other Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools like Dynatrace, Aternity, or Lakeside Software. Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
