| Title : Remote UKG Solutions Architect Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Richmond VA Company pays for everything) VISA: No Sponsorship Duration: 6 -12 months/contract Strong organizational and testing experience Familiarity with UKG templates and fault templates Ability to handle 80% of the work and tweak modifications as needed Critical testing skills for the project timeline (pilot in May, full go-live in June) Strong UKG sign-off for HR payroll, especially around benefits open enrollment Top 4 Skills: 1. Must have experience implementing UKG WFM (within the last 5 years) 2. Must have first hand experience configuring/implementing interfaces using Boomi 3. Must have 1st hand experience with UKG APIs 4. EXCELLENT communication Will be presenting in front of stakeholders (groups of 20-40 people). Additional Notes: Why the role is open: Doing a massive UKG implementation/upgrade from old iSeries system. Job Description: Job Summary The UKG Solution Architect operates as a leader and change agent within the IT organization. Estes Express is currently utilizing Kronos iSeries timekeeping solution with 4500 clocks. We have decided to migrate from the iSeries to UKG WFM Pro and replace all of our clocks with new UKG DX clocks. We are looking for an expert implement UKG WFM Pro/Dimension who can be our advocate during this migration. We have signed an agreement with UKG to be our implementer, but we want someone who is extremely knowledgeable in the UKG ECO System to be our advocate for implementing this solution. This individual should be a team player who possesses excellent communication skills and can interact with management at all levels from CIO, VP, Terminal Managers, Clerks, IT, Training and Operations. Our organization values transparency and we want to be empowered so that we can take ownership for the UKG solution on day 1. We dont want you to just do it for us, we want you to train us so we can do it ourselves and then you can work on more strategic items for us. Note: We want you to leverage UKG best practices when implementing the solution, but our organization is not a Boomi or Google data shop so we dont care to be experts in those technologies. We want to OPTIMIZE our UKG implementation so utilize those integration to improve performance for UKG is fine, but whenever possible we would love to ensure that we can feed the data to our internal data repository. Note: Our HCM/Benefits/payroll are all in Oracle Fusion so we need to ensure that are building a solution that can most effectively harness the best capabilities of UKG & Oracle to create a best in class experience for our workforce of 23,000+ employees. We have a national footprint and this project will impact approximately 300 terminals across the US. General Skills Must possess excellent organization skills as this project will require the lots of coordination Must be very detail oriented as the details are what matters, but also understands how to summarize things when speaking to Executives/Management Excellent Communication Skills Will be responsible for engaging stakeholders of various levels (management, operations, and IT) Excel at requirements gathering & facilitation. May be asked to lead small & large sessions with key stakeholders from the business, operations, IT, and/or management. Serve as UKG evangelist across all levels of the organization Must be a good trainer so that they can teach Estes Business & IT how to leverage Kronos tools, Documentation & Training to enhance our knowledge Seasoned in managing tradeoffs and risks, adapting to change & uncertainty and making recommendations with imperfect information Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills Strategic thinking and time management skills UKG skills and knowledge Must have first hand experience configuring /building interfaces using Boomi Possess a good understanding of UKG Best Practices for Implementation/Migration Have extensive understanding of UKG apis.
