CALL NOTES: Must Haves: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role. Proficiency with Postman and MongoDB. Experience in creating mock-ups and testing complex workflows. Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks, with the ability to review and execute tests. Experience with system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse complex business requirements and rules. Utilize Postman for API testing. Query MongoDB databases to extract and analyse data. Create detailed mock-ups and wireframes to communicate design concepts. Test complex workflows and identify areas for improvement. Review and execute automation tests, collaborating with QA engineers to ensure quality. Develop clear, detailed, and precise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Ask questions and seek clarifications to fully understand complex business rules and processes. Monitor and analyse system performance by reading logs using tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens. Multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the airline industry.
