The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support a broad range of IT and business functions, improve service management processes, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Technical Skills: Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for ServiceNow customization. Knowledge of web services protocols, including REST, SOAP, and XML/JSON. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CMDB. Proficiency in ServiceNows Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Server. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Experience: Experience with ServiceNows Scoped Applications and Custom Application development. Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and integration with event management tools.
