Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Financials EBS or Fusion functional roles Our company is seeking a skilled Oracle Financials Functional Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of our financial systems team. This role focuses on managing the Quote to Cash and Acquire to Retire business processes, including Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Projects (Billing and Capital), and Fixed Assets. This position is essential for maintaining effective Oracle Financials EBS operations and involves managing a team of three business analysts and overseeing major projects such as a potential migration to Oracle Cloud Fusion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, in-depth Oracle Financials expertise, and a commitment to ongoing development, with the ability to directly engage with system deliverables as well as guide team members. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of three business analysts, fostering a collaborative team culture. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth. System Support & Troubleshooting Oversee day-to-day Oracle Financials support, including managing and prioritizing support tickets. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues independently and in collaboration with team members. Coordinate with IT and other departments to address technical problems. User Training & Support Develop and deliver end-user training programs and maintain user documentation. Offer ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization across teams. Project Management Lead and manage major system projects, enhancements, and support initiatives. Create project plans, define timelines and budgets, and gather stakeholder requirements. Monitor project progress, addressing issues as they arise to ensure alignment with business goals. System Migration Plan and execute a potential migration from Oracle Financials EBS R12 to Oracle Cloud Fusion. Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless transition, managing change processes and user training. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for system and process improvements, staying updated on financial systems trends. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Communication & Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between finance and IT teams, facilitating regular stakeholder meetings. Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments. Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of Oracle Financials EBS or Fusion experience in functional roles. At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position. Behavioral Competencies Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail. Technical Competencies Proficient in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, OM, etc.); experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion is a plus. Skilled in SQL and other database querying languages.
