Job Title: Workday Integration Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: Long Term Job Description Design and Develop Workday Integrations: Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration tools. Monitor and Troubleshoot Integrations: Regularly monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data is transferred accurately and on time. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, HR, payroll, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure integration solutions meet business needs. Optimize Integration Processes: Identify opportunities to optimize current integrations for better performance, scalability, and efficiency. Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data flowing between Workday and external systems. Documentation and Testing: Create detailed technical documentation for all integrations and perform unit and system testing before deploying to production environments. Compliance and Security: Ensure all integrations comply with security and data privacy standards and regulations.
