| C2C Role Position Title: Salesforce Solution Architect Location: Irving, TX (3 days onsite) Employment Type: 12+ Month Contract Position Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. This role requires an individual with advanced expertise in the Salesforce platform to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, ensure scalability, and align with industry best practices. Lead the architecture and implementation of solutions across Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and potentially Commerce Cloud. Create detailed architecture blueprints, workflows, and data models. Ensure all solutions comply with Salesforce security, sharing, and governance guidelines. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating discussions around best practices, technical limitations, and the strategic roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration: Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring alignment with the architecture design and addressing technical challenges. Mentor and guide junior developers and administrators in solution development and Salesforce best practices.
