Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose issues, leveraging monitoring tools to identify performance bottlenecks and system anomalies. Should have strong communication skills and should be able to work with client team independently. maintain monitoring solutions using Dynatrace and AlertSite to ensure high availability and performance of applications. Participate in incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to implement corrective actions. Maintain and enhance operational documentation, including runbooks, playbooks, and incident response protocols. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product management.
