If two equal candidates, then would prefer someone with the certs! There will be some onboarding, but this person will be running the scrum ceremonies by themselves w the product owner and with the team on point to facilitate If the person has strong organizational/PM/Scrum experience, then the experience could be either Data Lake or Data Warehousing they need to have and be familiar w the data life cycle waterfallish! Data Lake environment generally MS Azure and Data Bricks and Power BI will help This role is 90% Scrum/Agile in general there will be PM related skills that leadership is looking for Minimum 3-5 years of Data projects experience the more the better!
