Job Title - IFS Field Service Management (FSM) Systems Analyst Base Location Grand Rapids, Michigan - Remote Duration 12+ months Client: Innoserv Rate: $50/hr. on C2C Visa: USC, GC & H4-EAD required Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IFS Field Service Management (FSM) Systems Analyst to support a clients initiative to expand the usage of IFS FSM across additional business lines and into the Canadian market. This role requires expertise in IFS FSM, with strong skills in SQL and XML. Familiarity with FSM's proprietary languages is a plus. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to customize, configure, and optimize the FSM system to meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Expansion Lead the implementation of IFS FSM across new business lines and Canadian operations. Configure, customize, and optimize FSM solutions to align with the client's specific requirements and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration and data migration across various departments. Technical Customization and Support Utilize SQL and XML expertise to develop, adjust, and troubleshoot custom scripts, reports, and configurations within IFS FSM. Create and manage FSM customizations using the FSM proprietary language, and develop any additional tools to enhance system functionality. Diagnose and resolve any technical issues or bugs encountered during implementation or ongoing usage. Training and Documentation Develop and deliver training to internal users on system enhancements and updates. Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures to support knowledge sharing within the organization. Project Management Work alongside the client and internal project teams to develop project timelines, goals, and milestones. Provide regular project updates, identify potential risks, and offer solutions to keep projects on track. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing and configuring IFS Field Service Management. Strong proficiency in SQL and XML for system customization and data management. Familiarity with FSMs proprietary language or similar proprietary scripting languages is a strong advantage. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues within the IFS FSM environment. Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience supporting multi-site and/or international FSM implementations, especially in Canada, is preferred. Experience with FSM version 6.25 or later. Preferred Skills: Experience working with other ERP or field service management systems. Knowledge of Canadian regulatory requirements for field service operations. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies. Experience writing JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
