Analyze user requirements, develop functional specifications, and perform gap analysis to enhance system functionality. Design and develop Oracle-based software solutions, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure seamless business operations. Engage with business analysts and end users to translate business needs into technical solutions. What Were Looking For: Advanced expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to collaborate effectively with IT teams and business users. Experience with Oracle Developer Suite and object-oriented programming frameworks (.NET C#, Java) is a plus. Insurance experience, especially in life insurance, is preferred but not required.
