Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Skills: Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs Experience: 10 to 15 Years We are hiring for a SFDC Lead /Architect with the following skills: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the development and deployment of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and enhancements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team. Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and security are followed. Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of the codebase. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates and recommend improvements. Hands-on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, including sandbox and production. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
