Familiar with design patterns like MVP, MVC, and MVVM. Hands-on experience with XCUITest and XCTest. Experience working with Swift Packages and GitHub. Strong understanding of functional programming and reactive patterns using Combine. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Agile development processes (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives). )c Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance the Fly Delta Mobile App by building new, innovative features for Delta and Virgin Atlantics customer-facing platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions that ensure systems are resilient, automated, reusable, and reliable. Work closely with technical architects and squad members to deliver a high-quality, industry-leading customer experience. Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance to meet business needs and goals. Mentor team members to mature agile practices, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Manage production issues, provide release management support, and maintain the product backlog. Participate in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent in the industry. Conduct R&D for Proof of Concepts (POCs) and explore innovative ideas to improve customer interaction with Delta. Drive development using agile practices to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
