| Job Title: Lead MDM Developer Location: Lisle, Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Job Summary: International is expanding its IT team and seeking an experienced Lead MDM Developer to play a critical role in our digital transformation. This position focuses on designing, developing, and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that maintain master data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure successful MDM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in MDM tools and technologies, JavaScript development experience, and a solid understanding of data management. Key Responsibilities: Lead MDM solution development, from data ingestion and modeling to data quality validation, match/merge, and syndication. Design and implement data cleanup procedures, transformations, and execute test plans for quality assurance. Develop, configure, and debug STIBO STEP platform components (or comparable MDM tooling) to meet business needs. Configure workflows, integration endpoints, and event queues within the MDM system. Create and maintain various hierarchies within the MDM platform to support business data domains like customer, dealer, supplier, vehicle, and parts data. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelors degree with 12+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation, including ERP applications, with at least 2 years in a lead role. OR Masters degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role. OR 14+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a lead role. Top Skills - Must-Haves: Proficiency in JavaScript for development and the ability to provide best practice recommendations. Expertise in MDM and data modeling, including data validation, configuring, and debugging MDM systems. Strong experience with STIBO STEP or other MDM tools, covering data ingestion, quality/validation, and match/merge processes. Secondary Skills - Nice-to-Haves: Experience configuring and debugging STIBO STEP Portal Components. Ability to create workflows, manage integration endpoints, and event queues in STEP.
