This position is 100% remote within the state of Wisconsin. Top Required Skills & Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience required in the following Strong experience being a Scrum Master for a diverse scrum team with a broad set of skills. Significant ability to apply project management techniques including creating project charters, project phases, status reports and work breakdown structures and creating work requests in the form of user stories. Ability to communicate project status to relevant and various stakeholders. Advanced ability to prioritize and simultaneously and effectively manage a variety of projects and efforts of various sizes. Experience in data warehousing and reporting projects, including dashboard tools, reporting tools and other analytical tools, especially using the Microsoft stack (SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI, Fabric, Azure). Experience gathering requirements for data visualizations, dashboards and reports, including translating business needs to technical solutions.
