Position: Enterprise Architect Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Required Tech/Experience (Manager wont consider candidates without the following): Experience influencing, guiding, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders and peers to build consensus among groups or individuals with diverse interests Proven experience architecting, engineering, supporting, and developing cloud-native solutions deployed in edge or cloud environments Extensive experience designing, implementing, and delivering end-to-end web-based solutions using decoupled architecture and modern front-end (such as React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (such as .NET Core, Node.js) frameworks Demonstrated experience using DevOps and quality engineering practices to build in quality to the entire software lifecycle Strong understanding of public cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code Demonstrated understanding of domain-driven integration practices and supporting technologies/protocols Demonstrated understanding of application monitoring concepts Preferred Tech/Experience (Not required, but moves the candidate to the top of the list): Finance, Procurement and Environmental Health & Safety domain knowledge Strong understanding of public cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code Job Description: Enterprise Architect Capabilities Clients Enterprise Architecture team is seeking an Enterprise Architect to analyze, plan, organize, and lead technical strategy for our Capabilities IT team that supports business capabilities including Finance, Procurement and Environmental Health & Safety. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, other Enterprise Architects, and business and IT leadership to develop application and integration strategy that aligns to our business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in application and ecosystem architecture including both custom and 3rd party applications, dealing with large scale enterprise complexity, developing technology strategy, leadership experience and IT experience supporting one or more of the Capabilities business areas. Responsibilities Participate and drive thought leadership in overall Application and Integration strategy efforts Work with Solution Architects to develop roadmaps for strategic applications (and ERP solutions where appropriate) in concert with other enterprise technology strategies Work with Solution Architects to develop future state ecosystem architecture to align with enterprise reusable components and other enterprise technology strategies Review and govern individual solution designs and integration strategies to ensure conformance to enterprise standards and guidelines Define and develop reference architecture across solutions, including security, compliance, app modernization, and cloud where appropriate Define enterprise standard technologies and ecosystem components (e.g., applications, tools, sensors, devices) to be leveraged across solutions, segments, and capabilities where appropriate Partner with/ mentor solution architects to ensure their understanding of modern application architecture and CLIENTs standards, guidelines, and governance practices, their ability to lead and share that knowledge with delivery teams, delivery leaders and business partners and identify value add opportunities that should be discussed with a larger audience Partner with delivery and business partners to facilitate alignment between business strategy, execution, and technology strategy Basic Qualifications Experience influencing, guiding, and facilitating discussions with stakeholders and peers to build consensus among groups or individuals with diverse interests Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders Experience developing technology strategy Proven experience architecting cloud-native solutions deployed in edge and/or cloud environments Extensive experience architecting solutions using decoupled and modern architecture Demonstrated understanding of domain-driven design and integration practices Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Skills: Finance, Procurement and Environmental Health & Safety domain knowledge Strong understanding of public cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code Keywords: javascript information technology |
