Capital Markets Knowledge: 10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions for Capital Markets, with specific knowledge in areas like Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange Derivatives, Futures, Bonds, and Securities. Agile Methodology: 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, working with stakeholders to solve problems, design solutions, and manage the agile process as a Scrum Master. Interest Rate Risk Management and Debt Issuance Knowledge: Experience in Interest Rate Risk Management, understanding of debt issuance and hedging processes, and familiarity with financial transactions executed by banks. Technical Knowledge: Comfortable working in an environment using Python, Java, and Angular, with exposure to other technology solutions.
