The ideal candidate will be proficient in ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud, with strong knowledge of database technologies and data warehousing concepts. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure seamless data flow across systems.Key Responsibilities: ETL Development & Maintenance: Develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter/Informatica Cloud. Optimize ETL processes for efficiency and scalability. Data Integration & Transformation: Design and implement data transformations to load data from various sources (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, flat files). Build and schedule workflows, mappings, and sessions to extract, transform, and load data efficiently. Data Quality & Monitoring: Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure high data quality. Monitor daily ETL jobs and address failures or delays promptly. Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data models. Performance Tuning & Support: Identify bottlenecks in ETL processes and improve performance. Provide support for production issues and participate in on-call rotations if required.Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud. Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar). Experience in data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting is a plus. Solid understanding of data governance and data quality management. Knowledge of scheduling tools like Control-M or Autosys. Ability to troubleshoot ETL failures and optimize workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with Informatica MDM (Master Data Management) is a plus. Knowledge of API-based data integration is preferred.
