Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP Leader for a 12-month contract to drive the design, development, and deployment of ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud ERP, with hands-on implementation and rollout experience. Key Responsibilities: ERP Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of ERP solutions, focusing on Oracle Fusion and other ERP platforms to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with CXOs and business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and share strategic initiatives. Point of View Creation: Develop and present insights on ERP consolidations and rollouts to clients. Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and deliver robust ERP solutions, providing both technical and functional support to end-users. Integration Management: Create and manage integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Requirements Translation: Understand and articulate complex business requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions. Customization Development: Maintain knowledge of Oracle Fusion functionality and develop customizations based on evolving business needs. Project Management: Create and maintain project plans, including risk management, traceability matrices, and cutover plans, while tracking deliverables across multiple teams. Governance and Communication: Manage internal and external stakeholders, hosting project governance calls to ensure alignment and address operational issues. Workshops and Sessions: Engage with end-users and business track leads to identify process changes and facilitate approval and implementation through workshops. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 12 years in ERP, with a strong focus on Financials and Supply Chain modules. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud ERP, including customization and integration capabilities. Project Management: Strong understanding of standard development methodologies (SDLC) and project management practices. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. Customer Orientation: High customer focus with a commitment to delivering quality solutions on time. Adaptability: Willingness to explore and learn new skills as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing diverse teams across multiple applications. Ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
