Implementation hands on experience of defining Collections Strategies, tasks, Collector assignment, Collections activities like workbench, promise to pay ,dispute handling Minimum 2 project implementation experience for different Customers on Advance Collections. Experience and willingness to work in a multi shore(onsite/offsite,near shore) team for coordination,validating the solution,support and being a liaison with the vendor and docusign teams.
