| From: sunil, ICS [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: ETL Developer with Snowflake, Talend ,Python *Location-Atlanta, GA or Dallas TX (the candidate should be flexible for Hybrid work) Need Locals The ETL Lead (Snowflake/Talend/Python) will: Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL processes using Talend and Snowflake. Mentor and guide team members in best practices for ETL development and data management. Prepare regular status reports, track project progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Implement and enforce coding standards and quality assurance measures. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance. Utilize Python for scripting and automating ETL tasks. Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. Understand the design, work with designer, and based on that plans the ETL development. Perform ETL development, create the schedule/dependencies. At times do the independent testing. Provide the testing support for defect triage and resolution across the SIT, UAT phases. Investigate production ETL issues / problems. Create production deployment plan, run book, and get approval. Implement performance tuning using SQL and ETL Toolsets. Integrate ETL processes with CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments. Manage the migration of ETL processes across different environments and perform production deployments. Work with job orchestration team to ensure proper scheduling of ETL workflows. Integrate with Data governance tools such as Alation, Manta, PKWare/Cyera.
