End client: DTV SCM BPM/EPIC/PMO Job Description & Summary In this role you will work as part of a team to solve business issues from strategy to execution, including requirements gathering, process documentation and supporting other team members as required. Professional skills and responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all, including quieter members of the team/client. Create detailed project plan and sustain changes and track status/progress Create executive summaries and presentations to update on project status and participate in governance model as required Ensure documentation expectations and cadence needs are supported expertly Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations. Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail. Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required. Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements. Broad understanding of supply chain processes and functions required. Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust. The PMO Lead is a consulting leader with experience in Epic/equivalent system implementation and optimization methodology.
