Collaborate with technical teams on APM architecture and solution design, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into functional specifications for the ServiceNow APM implementation. (Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM Module is required.) Conduct data analysis and portfolio assessments, providing insights into application costs, risks, and business alignment to guide decision-making during the rationalization process. Experience in creating dashboards/reports in ServiceNow and writing user stories for development is essential.
