In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Hyperion environment, focusing on HFM and FDMEE. You will bridge the gap between business users and the technical team, ensuring our Hyperion applications meet the needs of the organization. Responsibilities Hyperion Expertise (Highly Important): Provide excellent functional support for Hyperion applications, particularly HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and FDMEE (Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition). Possess strong technical knowledge and experience in HFM support, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance. Demonstrate a good understanding of financial consolidation, allocations, and close processes within HFM. Data Integration (Important): Have experience in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) & ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integration using FDMEE. Configure and manage data integrations between various source systems and Hyperion applications. Business Acumen (Important): Translate business requirements into technical solutions for Hyperion applications. Collaborate effectively with business users to understand their needs and ensure successful application deployments. Technical Skills (Important): Proficient in using SmartView for data analysis and Hyperion application interaction. Possess a strong understanding of SQL for querying and manipulating data. Experience with Hyperion administration is a plus. Communication & Collaboration: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively document procedures and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Thrive in a collaborative environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Skills: Experience working in an offshore-onshore model and comfortable transitioning to an onsite-offshore model (if applicable). Excellent documentation skills to create clear and concise user guides and technical documents. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst or similar role. Proven experience working with Hyperion applications, particularly HFM and FDMEE. Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes. Experience with data integration tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
