Position : GEN AI Business Analyst Work Arrangement : Remote Length: 12+ months VISA : EAD , GC , CITIZEN We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to optimize our AI initiatives, specifically the development and integration of a Generative AI-powered conversational interface into website and mobile app. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency in delivering AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: AI Development Support: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand and refine the AI model trained on knowledge base, ensuring it provides personalized health recommendations while maintaining user privacy. Website Integration: Analyze existing website UI/UX and propose modifications to incorporate the conversation interface enhancing user interactions with the AI agent on the website. Mobile Integration: Evaluate and recommend improvements for the mobile app to facilitate seamless interactions with the AI agent and display of personalized recommendations. Authentication Integration: Work with IT to integrate existing authentication system, managing user access and permissions effectively. Security Measures: Implement security protocols to safeguard user data and prevent unauthorized access. Cloud Infrastructure: Assist in establishing foundational cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for hosting and operating the conversational agent. Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing healthcare processes, including patient management, order management, invoicing, and collections, to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the context of AI applications. Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to healthcare metrics and workflows, proposing actionable solutions to enhance processes in alignment with business and regulatory goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss requirements, process changes, and gather feedback from stakeholders. Documentation: Create detailed requirement documents (experience in writing requirements in GHERKINS is a plus) and develop reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to healthcare operations and AI project outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement technology solutions and work closely with the QA team to review test cases and participate in user acceptance testing. Change Management: Support change management initiatives related to improvements in healthcare processes and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of AI solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on healthcare processes and AI applications. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing complex datasets. Proficiency in using process mapping tools like Lucid Chart, draw.io etc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Project management experience is a plus. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
