Relocation is not acceptable Client: Miami-Dade County Public Schools Estimated Duration: 6-12 months with possible extension(s) String: ("User Acceptance Testing" OR "UAT" OR "UAT Lead" OR "UAT Coordinator") AND ("Training Lead" OR "Training Manager" OR "Training Specialist" OR "Training Coordinator") AND ("onsite" OR "in-person" OR "on-site") AND ("ISTQB" OR "ATD" OR "Azure DevOps" OR "DevOps") Requirements: Availability to work at the Clients site in Miami, FL (required); Experience in UAT, training, or a similar role involving information technology projects (3+ years) Experience with UAT methodologies and testing processes. Experience in creating training content and conducting user training sessions. Experience with relevant software tools (e.g., test management software, LMS platforms). Preferred Skills: Certification in Quality Assurance or Training (e.g., ISTQB, ATD). Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Experience in Information Technology related government projects Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus but not required Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Develop UAT plans, identify test scenarios, and facilitate sessions to guide users through testing processes. Review UAT outcomes, identify issues, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution. Prepare and share UAT reports with stakeholders. Assess training needs, create tailored programs, and develop user guides, presentations, and e-learning materials. Lead in-person and virtual training sessions to equip users with necessary knowledge and skills. Collect feedback from UAT and training sessions to refine testing processes and improve training programs. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to maintain a user-centered product approach. Serve as the point of contact to ensure clear communication of requirements and feedback between users and technical teams.
