| Hello all, hope you are doing well, We do have an open position, please go through the job description below and do share suitable resumes only Job Title: Payment and Disbursement Tester Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Industry: Healthcare Exp: 7+ Rate: $45/hr on C2C (Fixed) Job Overview: We are seeking a Payment and Disbursement Tester with a strong background in claim processing, particularly focusing on the payment aspects. The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding how electronic remittances are generated, the payment submission process, and explanations of benefits (EOB) in a payment system environment. Key Responsibilities: Test and validate payment and disbursement processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Analyze electronic remittance data to verify correct payment generation and processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. Conduct end-to-end testing of payment systems, including payment submissions and EOB generation. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Assist in the development of user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios and scripts. Provide feedback to improve the payment and disbursement processes based on testing outcomes. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in testing payment and disbursement systems or related processes. Strong understanding of claim processing workflows, specifically in payment systems. Familiarity with electronic remittance advice (ERA) and explanation of benefits (EOB) documents. Proficient in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and defect tracking. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with healthcare or insurance payment systems. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in payment processing.
