Job Title: Oracle Apps Techno-Functional Location: Camden, NJ. Onsite role from day one. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Apps Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Applications, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Oracle ERP modules. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for various Oracle Applications modules. Technical Development: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions, including custom reports, interfaces, and extensions using Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports. Functional Expertise: Provide functional knowledge in Oracle Applications modules, including (but not limited to) Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, and CRM. Configuration: Configure Oracle Applications as per business requirements and ensure proper integration across modules. Testing: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality of developed solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, and user manuals. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support during and after implementation. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Applications with other systems. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience as an Oracle Apps Techno-Functional Consultant. Technical Skills: Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
