Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and customize solutions to meet business needs. Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies and revenue recognition issues. Conduct regular system audits and maintenance to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Provide training and support to end-users on ORMB functionalities and best practices. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into billing and revenue performance. Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle product enhancements to recommend improvements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing. Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition, and compliance standards. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Oracle certification in Revenue Management and Billing is a plus.
