This individual must be able to define best practices for complex solutions and develop migration of existing on-premise applications to cloud architectures. This individual must also have strong consultative and communication skills. The individual will work with different stakeholders. Qualifications: 10+ years working with information technology 5+ years working with cloud technology Expert in cloud technologies, especially Azure Good experience in Cloud methodologies, Terraform and ADO Strong interpersonal and consultative skills Bachelors degree in computer science or similar field of study Local to Houston area Experience: Significant experience in design and development roles Strong background in Azure DevOps and DevSecOps related responsibilities including: CI/CD pipeline architecture/creation, working with ADO/Terraform, best deployment practices, and microservices Significant experience with transformations from traditional operational methodologies to DevSecOps Experience with Agile development practices Strength in App performance with SQL/Entity-framework CI / CD pipelines for Web applications Strong C#/.Net software development background in an enterprise environment Previous experience creating proof of concepts from scratch based off requirements/application infrastructure to propose, create, and implement solutions Experience in working/leading onsite/offsite team, and some task planning activities. Experience/exposure to both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum practices and tools.
