Overseeing the Data Cloud platform, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining a clean and accurate customer database. Ensure data quality and implement data cleansing processes specific to each cloud's data model. Advanced proficiency in Salesforce platform configuration and customization. Ensuring seamless integration with other systems during Data Ingestion. Ensuring the platform performance during Data Refresh in Segments, Data Model Objects and Strong knowledge on setting up Identity Resolutions Building reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance Utilize Copado to streamline the deployment process across multiple Salesforce Clouds and sandboxes. Responsible for ensuring the success of marketing campaigns. They perform system configuration, data management, campaign execution, and troubleshooting. Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and other Integrations. Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder. Proficiency with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder. Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) or Evergage. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation principles. Good Understanding of Website personalization and personalized web campaigns using Marketing Cloud Personalization. Configure Copado pipelines and automate deployments for efficient change management. Leverage Copado for version control, testing, and compliance checks within the release process. Extensive knowledge of Salesforce security and data management. Experience in designing and implementing complex workflows and automation processes. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders Create license usage metrics reports and dashboard Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform features (e.g., workflows, automation rules) 8+ years experience as an Architect in a mid to large-sized organization leading initiatives 4-6 years experience as a hands-on developer and architect within the Salesforce domain with a proven track record in delivering complex projects. Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign-on, and data management.
