This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of the messaging infrastructure, supporting business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain IBM MQ on AS400 systems. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of MQ services. Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MQ and AS400 environments. Implement security measures to protect MQ data and communications. Collaborate with application developers to optimize MQ usage. Document system configurations, procedures, and changes. Stay updated with the latest MQ and AS400 technologies and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MQ administration and AS400 systems.
