| Job Title: UX Designer Location: Bay Area-CA (Hybrid) Duration: 6+month Position Overview As a UX Designer youll play a key role in defining, designing, and refining our user experience across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain design systems, ensuring a consistent and cohesive look and feel across all digital products. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the company, staying up-to-date with UX trends and best practices. Use data analytics to understand user behavior, inform design decisions, and optimize user journeys. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing your process and design work. Education: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Skills & Competencies Design Tools: Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. User Research: Strong experience in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Wireframing & Prototyping: Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes as well as high-fidelity prototypes. User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
