Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure ProducerEngage, integrating it with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions. Provide post-implementation support and enhancements. Conduct testing and resolve defects. Provide training and maintain documentation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. 7+ years of experience in Guidewire implementation, with expertise in ProducerEngage. Proficiency in Java, Gosu, HTML, and APIs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Guidewire certification is a plus.
