Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension(s) Requirements: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience as an IT Scrum Master; Experience balancing 2-3 agile teams and implementing strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Conducts complex operational analyses and leads medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit; Review and approve findings to be presented to senior management; Conduct statistical analyses, and coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives; Encourage Agile behaviors, reinforce practices, norms, ceremonies, and support the overall team performance and efficiency Create an environment whereby the team is motivated, self-organizing and self-sufficient Organize and facilitate effective Scrum rituals: backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective; Mentor and guide lower level analysts.
