Mandatory experience in any R12 upgrade project at least 1 project. Extensive experience with HP testing tools ( Load Runner, Quicktest professional, Winrunner, and Performance Center)to design and execute load and performance tests against Web applications, web services, and SQL Server. Write and prepare technical performance test plans Develop data-driven test automation scripts and execute performance and load testing. Design and execute daily load BVTs as well as larger, system-level tests. Prepare data for execution. Analyze data gathered from performance tests Report findings and log defects Define Performance Testing Objectives and Scope Design a Performance Test Plan and Strategy Develop Performance Test Scripts and Scenarios Configure and Manage the Performance Test Environment Assessing the Service Level Agreement and Objectives Identifying Testing Parameters Prepare and Load Test Data Execute Performance Tests Applying Consistent Monitoring Metrics Analyze Performance Test Results Generate and present performance Test Reports Identify Non-Functional Requirements for Performance Testing Locate Performance Obstructions and Root Causes Collaborate and Communicate with Other Team Members in Performance Testing Review and Update Performance Testing Artifacts for Accuracy and Completeness Working knowledge of testing methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc.).
