| Job Title: Technology Lead | Telecom | OSS/BSS - Senior Developer Location: Bellevue, WA Onsite Hybrid Duration: Long Term Contract Work Location & Reporting Address: Bellevue, WA 98006 (Onsite. Remote is okay but client highly prefers someone to work onsite. Open to relocating candidates) Technical Skills: Java Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Java, including OOP principles and Java 17+ features. Spring Boot Framework: Experience in building RESTful services using Spring Boot, including dependency injection, configuration, and security. ISO 8583 Knowledge: Understanding the ISO 8583 message structure, including message types, data elements, and bitmaps. Message Parsing: Ability to parse and construct ISO 8583 messages, using libraries or custom implementations. Microservices Architecture: Familiarity with microservices design principles, including service discovery, API gateways, and inter-service communication. Database Management: Experience with NoSQL databases Cassandra and ORM frameworks like JPA/Hibernate for data persistence. Cloud Services: Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services (e.g., managed databases, load balancers). Preferred to have knowledge on TKE (T-Mobile cloud infrastructure) API Design: Skills in designing RESTful APIs, including versioning and documentation (using tools like Swagger).
